Matt and Amy Roloff, well known for their TLC hit show Little People Big World, live in Hillsboro on their family farm. The farm is open to the public during pumpkin season and has many fun activities. It is located off of Helvetia road in Hillsboro. The Roloff family farm will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Saturday, October 3 through Saturday, October 31 when they will close at 2:00 pm.

Tips to have the best time:

  • Always call first to confirm hours, activities available etc.
  • Dress for the weather, it could rain any time in Oregon in October.
  • If bringing children, look for farms with age appropriate activities such as petting zoos, hay or corn mazes, food stands, hay rides.
  • Most kids will want to pick out their own pumpkin, let them!
  • Bring cash, most mazes have a small fee.
  • Some corn mazes take time to finish, check how long it will take to get through before starting.

There is fun for everyone at each of these pumpkin patches. They can be fun events for families or even a date. Plan ahead to decide what everyone wants to do and what location would have the most suitable activities. Berry picking is also available at many of these farms into the early fall.
